Derealization Photo Edits

These photo edits were created for the Derealization section, translating the concept of disconnecting from reality into a visually constructed world. The shoots were planned in advance, with models posing to account for how the images would later be altered. Set directors built physical props, which were then integrated more seamlessly into the scenes using AI tools in Photoshop. After lighting and color correction in Lightroom, the images were unified through consistent editing across the series. Hand-drawn 2D elements added in Procreate allow models to interact with illustrated environments, blurring the line between what is real and what is imagined and capturing the staged, unsettling feeling of derealization.
